This leadership program is a developmental rotational program designed to create a leadership pipeline for design engineering via strategic, structured business critical rotational assignments that focus on building competence in growth technology areas.

  • have B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD from premier institutes like IITs, IISC or equivalent global universities (in the areas of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Controls & Systems / Mechatronics / Aerospace Engineering) with excellent academic record and have relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in technology and product – research & development / design engineering

Aerospace

  • Engineer: BE (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation), 3-5 yrs exp. in Electrical design of ATEs/Control Panels, Elec interface & Circuit Design, Instrumentation & Data Acquisition, ATE integration, knowledge of DO160, D0178, D0254 & MIL-STD std.
  • Engineer: ME/BE – Electrical, 5-7 yrs exp. in Electric motors (induction, BLDC, DC, SRM) & electromagnetic component design, sys. architecture & interface definition. Knowledge in electromagnetic & thermal analysis, SPEED / equivalent S/W, Matlab, failure analysis & testing practices
  • Lead Engineer: BE/ME (Electronics/ Instrumentation), 8+yrs exp. in digital & analog H/W Design, testing V&V, Certification in Avionics/ Industrial Products with sys. level requirements & flow-down to product specification, design & testing standards. Exp. with FPGA, microcontroller based embedded firmware design & testing will be added advantage
  • Sr. / Lead / Master – Designers: DME, Dip Tool Design,1-6 yrs exp. in Mech/Hydraulic/Electro-Mech. Product/Test Fixture Design/CAD, Exp. of Mfg Assly/ Parts Drawing creation-Pro-E/CATIA-V5/ PDM/ PLM/ GD&T/Slack up skills, Project planning/ Drawing checking exp.

Electrical Systems

  • Sr. Designer / Lead Designer: DME (Mech./ Electrical), 1-6 yrs exp. in Electrical component design MCCB, Relay, ACB, Control Panel in Pro – E/AutoCAD/PDM/PLM

Program Management

  • Project Leader (Program Management): BE/ME (Mech./ Electronics/Electrical/lnstrumentation),6-8 yrs exp. in project management in Embedded H/W & S/W Dev., preferably in Power electronics-Power drivers/ UPS/ Inverter or Aerospace preferably in Aerospace Fuel/Hydraulics Sys. MS project/PMP is added advantage

Center of Excellence – Modeling and Simulation

  • Engineer: ME Mech./Aerospace, 1-3 yrs exp. with sound knowledge of CFD & Heat Transfer with knowledge of FLUENT/STAR CCM+
  • Sr. Engineer: ME(Mech/Controls),3 5 yrs exp. in Mathematical modeling, Powertrain NVH analysis and actuation for fuel economy & performance simulation in Vehicle domain with knowledge of Matlab Simulink/ AME Sim/ Dymola/ GT Power & C coding are essential
  • Sr. Engineer: ME(Mech/Controls), 3-5 yrs exp in modeling of Transmission, Supercharger, Clutch & Valve train of vehicle sys., knowledge of Matlab Simulink/AMESim/ Dymola/GT Power & C coding are essential
