1. General Manager (HR)
   BE (Civil) +MHA (HR) with 10-20 Yrs in handling entire gamut of HR
2. Regional Managers -Southern and Eastern Region
   BE(Civil)with 15-25 Yrs of exp in construction of high rise building, power plant, industrial projects, infra projects etc. And should have been in a position of RM or senior coordinator in a reputed company for at least 3 Yrs.
3. Project Managers
   BE (Civil)/DCE with 15-20 Yrs of experience
4. Construction Managers/Deputy Construction Manager
   BE (Civil)/DCE with 7-15 Yrs of experience
5. Site Engineers
   BE (Civil)/DCE with 5-9 Yrs of experience
6. Assistant Engineers
   BE (Civil)/DCE with 2-5 Yrs of experience

For SL No: 3 to 6- Minimum 2 Yrs exp in either construction of high rise building, power plant. Industrial projects, Infra Projects etc from a reputed company to execute projects in Vishakhapatnam and Chennai
