VP/GM-International Business Development (Position-1)
Should be having 15-20 years of experience into sales and marketing of Projects/Capital equipments or Industrial Products in the International/Domestic arena. The position will be responsible for Business Development and increasing market share by developing contacts with industries and consultants.
VP/GM-Tendering and Proposals (Position-1)
Should be an Engineer having 15-20 years of experience into tendering, costing & estimation, project evaluation and proposals making. The position would be responsible fortimely preparation and submission of proposals and handling Technical discussions with clients.
GM/DGM/Manager – O&M Operations & Business Development (Positions – Operations-1, Business Development -1)
Should be an Engineer having 10-15 years of experience into Operations & Maintenance. The Operations position would be responsible for operational trouble shooting of large WTP/ETP/STP by implementing effective techniques & SOPs.
O&M – Business Development – Should have relevant exposure into Water Treatment Business.
GM/DGM/AGM -Project Execution (Positions-5)
Should be a Mechanical/Chemical/Civil/Environment Engineer having 12-15 years of experience in Project Management. The role covers Project Management translating design, site co-ordination for Executions & Commissioning. Experience of handling large size projects would be an added advantage.
GM-Assembly Shop (Position-1)
Should be a Mechanical Engineer having 10-15 years of experience in Managing Assembly Shop in a large manufacturing facility. Should be familiar with international and domestic norms of Good Manufacturing Practices.
GM/DGM – Finance & Accounts / Taxation (Positions-F & A-1, Taxation-1)
Should be having 15-20 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Direct & Indirect Taxation respectively with qualification CA- Inter/ MBA Finance/ M.Com.
GM/Manager-Commercial (Positions- G M-1, Manager-1)
Should be having 6-20 years of experience respectively into Commercial functions with cash flow management, billing, collections, taxation, budgetary control of contracts and conversant with related statutory compliances. Qualifications ACA / AICWA / MBA (Finance) degree.
GM/AGM Purchase (Position-1)
Should be an Engineering Graduate with 8 to 15 years of experience in Material Procurement of equipments, raw materials and construction materials for projects. Additional qualification in Materials Management & experience in handling E-Purchase will be preferred.
Managers/Executives-Business Development (Positions-4)
Should be having 3-8 years of experience into Sales and Marketing of Projects/Capital equipments or Industrial Products in the Domestic Market.
Sr. Manager / Manager / Engineers – Tendering and Proposals (Positions-5)
Should be an Engineer having 5-8 years of experience for Sr.Manager/Manager position and 3-5 years of experience for Engineers position into tendering, costing and estimation, project evaluation and proposal making.
Managers/Engineers-Installation & Commissioning (Pan India, Positions-10)
Should be having 5-10 years of experience in Site Execution, including E & C Budget Control, Projects scheduling, Man power planning on site, Finalizing site contractor etc.
Sr. Executive / Executive-Finance / Accounts / Treasury / Taxation / Banking (Positions-5)
Should have 3-8 years of experience in Trade Finance, Accounts, Relationship Management with Banks, Taxation, Treasury etc. with qualification CA-lnter/ MBA-Finance/ M.com / B.com.
All positions are at Ahmedabad, unless specified otherwise. Experience in Water / Projects / Construction Companies will be preferred.
