CMS requires from 1st July 2014 the following highly fluent, trained and experienced English Medium lady teachers/staff:
English-6, Physics-4, Chemistry-3, Biology-2, Bio-Technology-1, Mathematics-5, Geography-2, Commerce-2, Economics-2, History-2, Civics-2, Dance-1, Physical Education-1, Art-1, Computer-4, Western Music-1, General subject-6. Efficient Assistants proficient in computers & internet, English drafting, records maintenance etc.
Eligibility Criteria: English-medium trained; experienced; efficient in subject; highly fluent in spoken English; good written English; good hand-writing; and believing in balanced education of all the three realities of life i.e. material, human and divine. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & ALLOWANCES TO THE STAFF
- (i) Provident Fund and Pension Scheme (ii) Group Insurance Scheme (iii) Gratuity and (iv) ESI Scheme, are applicable as per Government Rules.
- Insurance against accidents at school cost Is applicable for Class IV employees.
- Generous concessions are given to sons and daughters of CMS Staff.
- Part time teachers are given salaries according to their hours of teaching as per the details mentioned below:
(a) Part time (3:40 hours) teachers will be paid half salaries plus Rs. 1,930/- p.m. extra. (Full time is 6.30 hrs.)
(b) Only Pre-Primary teachers will be paid half salaries plus Rs. 4,235/- p.m. extra forteaching 4 hours a day.
(c) Only Primary teachers will be paid 3/4 salaries plus Rs. 1,291/-p.m. extra forteaching 5:10 hours a day.
Note:
- After identifying the weak students in various subjects. Remedial Classes will be arranged for them by the Principal free of charge
Teachers will be paid for the actual extra teaching hours of Remedial classes. Weak students will be detained for 1 hour after the school hours for remedial teaching. - ‘Every teacher as a teacher-guardian must visit at least 5 children’s homes every month to understand the children’s home circumstances, to discuss the behaviour, character and studies of their students, and for the personal counselling of the child as well as the parents, under the CMS Teacher-Guardian Scheme. As a teacher guardian every teacher will be paid a Home Visit Allowance @ Rs. 600/- par month including conveyance for such home visits. ICSE and ISC teachers visit homes for 10 months and are paid for 10 months. Primary and Junior section tea chars visit homes for 9 months and are paid for 8 months.
- The above salary calculations are based on current projections of DA likely to be followed by the UP Government and may be subject to alteration depending on announcement by the Govt.
