Franchise Operations Manager: MBA in Marketing, with 5 years of experience in school franchising. Should be able to develop franchise modules for the school, build a network, evaluate market conditions and recommend strategies for franchisee expansion. HR Manager: An MBA in HR or an equivalent degree with at least 5- 7 years of relevant experience. Programmer: A post-graduate, with 2-3 years of expenence in developing web applications for the education domain with industry-standard SDLC processes using C# and My SQL on the .NET platform.

Campus Maintenance Engineer: Civil Engineer, with 3-5 years of experience in construction, preferably from an Army background. Must be able to handle the construction work undertaken in school.
