A reputed organisation with over 25 years track record in Soaps and Detergents poised for huge expansion is looking out for the following positions
Regional Sales Manager
- Management qualification
- A 15 years’ experience in FMCG out of which 6 years Managerial exposure handling a team of Area Managers and Sales Officers.
- Thorough knowledge of Tamil Nadu and surrounding Markets
- Ability to handle huge network of Distributors and Field Force
- Excellent leadership qualities and Analytical skills
- Forecasting, budgeting, effective utilisation of resources
Area Sales Managers ( Major cities in Tamil Nadu )
- Minimum Graduation
- 10 years’ experience out of which a minimum of 3 years of frontline Managerial exposure
- Experience in appointing distributors and retaining and developing the existing network of distributors
- Strong in Sales Fundamentals- focus on secondary sales, width and depth of distribution, merchandising and below the line Promotions.
Salary in line with the Industry for both the positions.
