GENERAL MANAGER (Original Equipment Sales & Exports) – Coimbatore
Degree holders in Mechanical Engineenng with 10 to 15 years experience in Auto Component sales to major OEMs. Additional qualifications in Management would be on added advantage. Ability to head 0E and Exports Sales Function. Should have hands on experience in Key Account Management, Business share monitoring with OEMs, Product pricing / Negotiation and Receivables Management. Exposure in New Product Development ond Coordination with R&D and Manufacturing. Co-ordination for Sales with Manufacturing. -
MANAGER / AGM/ DGM (Quality Assurance) – Multi Locations
Degree holders in Mechanical / Automobile-Engineering with 15 years or more experience in mass production Auto Ancillary Component Industries with exposure to entire Quality Assurance activities of the plant including Quality Planning and Analysis. He should head the functions and be able to lead a team of Engineers. -
MANAGER (Production) –Thoraipakkam
Degree holders in Mechanical/Automobile / Production Engineering having 10 years experience in mass produced high precision Auto Ancillary Component Industries with exposure to entire production activities of the plant including Planning. Exposure to Press Shop ond Special Purpose Machines, with latest Manufacturing Techniques is a must. -
DY. MANAGER/MANAGER – Plant Engg. Dept. – Coimbatore
Degree holders in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience in Light Engineering Industry with exposure to Machine tool maintenance, involving PLC controls,CNC Hydraulic&Pneumatic Systems. Should have hands on experience in the maintenance of utilities’ & also Civil maintenance. The incumbent should be good at implementing TPM concept in o short lead time. He should head the functions and be able to lead a team of Engineers. -
ASSISTANT MANAGER (Human Resources) – Chennai
Post graduate in Social Work or MBA in HR with around 5 years of experience in Human Resources Functions in a Leading Engineering Company.’Hands on experience in Training, Skill Matrix, Competency Mapping, Performance Appraisal, Employee Motivation and IR related Legal Activities are desirable.
Common for all the posts: Should be fully conversant with ISO/IS 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Quality Systems and TPM. Should be good in communication ond computer skills.
