We are a five decades old, professionally managed, Delhi based civil construction company executing building projects of approximately Rs. 500 crores in North India. We require the following professionals to strengthen our operations at project sites.
ENGINEERS–CONSTRUCTION/PLANNING/BILLING
B.E. (Civil) with 5 yrs./Diploma Civil with minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience in Construction/Planning. For billing with 5 yrs experience of multi-storied buildings should be technically sound, having knowledge of CPWD specifications, analysis of rates etc. Planning engineer should have experience of working on programming and planning softwares. Engineers with less experience may apply for junior field posts.
PROJECT MANAGERS
B.E. (Civil)/Diploma in (Civil) Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in construction of which he should have worked as Project Manager independently at least for two multi-storied projects of 20-100 crores each. He should be computer literate with good communication skills. Should have contract knowledge, reporting skills, should be able to organize labour & various subcontractors and be capable of independently managing the site
DY. MANAGER (PURCHASE/STORES)
A construction industry professional having minimum 5 yrs experience of purchase of construction material with a contractor/builder with basic knowledge of taxation, indents, accounting of materials, understanding of specifications of building materials.
MANAGER/DY. MANAGER ACCOUNTS
Commerce Graduate with experience in a construction company will be preferred. Incumbent should have working knowledge of Statutory Compliances, Experience of checking of muster-rolls/Bills of Suppliers/Sub Contractors/ Reconciliation / Bank Guarantee / Insurance and Preparation of MIS.
