Manager Purchase :- B.Sc. (Chemistry) having min. 7 yrs. exp. in handling the purchase of Industrial chemical. Candidates from Pesticide Technical/Pharma API Industry Preferred.
Manager Accounts :- CA with min. 8 yrs. exp. in similar capacity in manufacturing industry of repute.
Manager IT :- Comp. Engg. Graduate/ BCA / MCA having min 7 yrs. exp. in Manufacturing / Distribution Industry. Expertise on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, Visual Studio, Reporting /BI Tools, Database Servers (Pref. SQL), PL/SQL, Windows Server Domains, CITRIX Server.

Bharat Group is leading manufacturer of Pesticides with an turnover of Rs. 600 Crores. The group, with six manufacturing units, is looking for outstanding professionals to propel its growth.

Factory Manager :- B.Tech / MBA with min. 5yrs of experience in the Chemical / Pesticides Industry. Should be capable of leading the team and manage manufacturing operations independently.
Location: Kathua, near Pathankot, Jammu.

Bahadurgarh (Haryana)

Lab Chemist: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) with min. 2 yrs experience in Pesticide Formulation industry with operating knowledge of GLC & HPLC.

Production Supervisor: Diploma / BSc (Chemistry) with min. 3 yrs experience at supervisory level in a pesticide manufacturing and packaging unit.

Head Office Delhi:

Head HR: Post graduate with M.B.A / P.G. Diploma in HR with min. 10 yrs. exp. in HR & IR functions. Should have in-depth knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act and legal compliance. Experience in managing workforce in multi -location manufacturing units and at corporate office will be preferred.

Manager Accounts: M.Com / CA (inter) with 5 yrs. experience in any manufacturing industry. Candidate must have good exposure to Sales/Branch Accounting, MIS Reports, Sales tax, Service Tax, Banking etc. Sound knowledge of excel is a must.

General Manager F&A : CA with min 10 yrs. post qualification experience in any manufacturing industry. Should have in-depth knowledge of banking, import / export, taxation and manufacturing accounting.

Executive IT : Computer Engineer / MCA having min 2 yrs. Experience. Expertise on X++, MorphX, Business connector, Enterprise portal, Develop SSRS Reports using SQL server
