| Leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai need following professionals to be a part of the company’s growth strategy : Chief Operation Officer (C.O.O.) – The candidate should have min. 12 – 15 yrs. industry exp., aged between 35-45 yrs. The candidate should be a self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with excellent leadership and go-getters qualities. Manager (Accounts) – Graduate, min. 10 yrs exp., good communication skills, working knowledge of Tally & Income Tax, can work independently. Manager (Administration & HR) – Min. 5 yrs exp. & responsible for all admin & HR functions. Manager (Sales & Mktg.) – Min. 5 yrs exp in industry, excellent communication & presentation skills. Public Relation Executive – Extremely good in communication should independently plan & execute all media process required to project the group including publishing Quarterly Newsletters, P. R. activity etc. Sr. Office Assistant – Proficient in computers and adept at taking Multi-facet task to assist seniors. Steno – Secretary – Minimum 5 years exp. Civil Site Engineer – Minimum 3-5 years exp. Site Supervisor – Minimum 5-7 years exp. and good in supervising building finishing activities. |
