Avenue Supermarts Ltd. successfully operates a chain of Hypermarkets & Supermarkets in the state of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka under the brand name ‘D-Mart‘. We are looking for individuals for the following positions at our Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Anand, Surat & Rajkot store.

Store Manager
Desirable Profile:

• The Candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a leader who leads by example, good at multi tasking.
• The Candidate should be capable of handling a large team across various functions.
• The Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Hospitality/Retail industry of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory role managing more than 25 people.

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Assistant Store Manager
Desirable Profile:

• The Candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• The Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Hospitality/Retail industry of which at least 2 years should be in a supervisory role managing more than 10 people.

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Department Manager
Desirable Profile:

• The Candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• The Candidate should have atleast 5 years of work experience in FMCG/ QSR/ Hospitality/ Retail industry of which at least 1 year should be in a supervisory role managing more than 10 people.

Asst. Manager – Recruitment
Desirable Profile:

• The Candidate needs to have good negotiation skills, Subject expert on all aspects of recruitment.
• The Candidate should have atleast 4-6 years of work experience in handling recruitment of junior & middle level positions, conducting preliminary interviews & co-ordinating with functional heads. Should have working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel.

Educational Qualification: MBA-HR/Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience.

Purchase Officer
Desirable Profile:

• The Candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• The Candidate should have atleast 2-3 years of work experience in FMCG, Strong analytical & negotation skills, Working knowledge of computers especially MS Excel, WMS/SAP system is desired.
