Sr. Customer Service Representative/ Sr. Customer Analyst

Prerequisites:

• 2 to 6 years’ experience in providing inbound/outbound voice support to international clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making and analytical skills
• Extremely service-oriented, with a willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Should possess a graduate degree
