The Management Is looking forward for suitable candidates having a visionary for excellence In education and be In the capacity to handle the college Independently.
The candidate should be able to:
- Draw an action plan for Internal quality improvement.
- Chalk out an Institutional development road map for next five years.
- Document for national / international standards and schemes.
- Inculcate research and consultancy.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance continuously.
- Efficiently train students for placements.
- Implement outcome based education.
- Ensure best results at university level.
- High Communication Skills & High Drafting/ Writing Skills.
Only candidates with Ph.D degree from reputed national university In above discipline / programme and with a teaching experience of 15 yrs need to apply.
Also, the following are the expected credentials:
- Principal investigator for Govt, sponsored projects.
- BoG/ BoS member for universities / autonomous institutions.
- Paper publications in IEEE/ ACM Journals.
- Member of national quality improvement schemes.
- Obtained national patents.
- Having experience of similar capacity from reputed college/university.
Having above qualities without Ph.D can be considered for Vice-Principal and Head of Department Proof.
