The Opportunit
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
India’s first and largest asset reconstruction company, set up by State Bank of India, IDBI Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and Punjab National Bank is looking out for a energetic and dynamic individual to lead the institution as MD & CEO.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Board to achieve organisational excellence;
  • Provide trusted and motivating leadership to the organisation and drive operational efficiency;
  • Ensure effective and long term growth of Arcil.
    The Candidate:
  • Should have collective experience of over 20 years in the following fields:
    o Stressed Asset Management
    o Business Strategy
    o Banking/Credit
    o Recovery and Restructuring
  • Should have held senior leadership position in Banks / Financial Institutions at the rank of GM / equivalent. In case the candidate is from ARCs he/she should be holding the position of ED or above.
    Age: Not more than 62 years as on January 1,2012.

The Opportunity : Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

India’s first Asset Reconstruction Company, sponsored by State Bank of India, IDBI Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and Punjab National Bank is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual for the role of MD & CEO.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Board to achieve organizational excellence;

  • Ensure effective and long term growth of Arcil.

The Candidate :

  • Should have collective experience of not less than 20 years in the following fields : Stressed Asset Management, Banking / Credit, Business Strategy, Recovery and Restructuring, Investor Relationship and Investment Banking
  • Should have held senior leadership position in Banks / Financial Institutions at the rank of not lower than General Manager in public sector banks, Chief General Manager or equivalent for more than one year and should have experience in recovery and restructuring. In case the candidate is from ARCs or other relevant institutions, he/she should have held next to Board level position for more than one year.

Remuneration will commensurate with the experience and would be in line with the Industry standards.

Age : Should be below 57 years as on 1st April, 2015.
