Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for filling up the post of Dy. General Manager (Personnel & Administration) in the Pay Band of Rs. 12,000 – 40,000/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 7,400/-. The total Gross Salary at present is Rs. 38,430/-per month plus other perks admissible as per the rules of the Corporation.
Candidates presently employed in Government Organizations/Similar Public Sector Undertakings may be considered for pay protection, subject to their suitability. Candidates should possess Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/Social Work (with Personnel Management)/Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from recognized Institute having minimum 18 years experience in Man-Power Planning, Framing of HR Policy, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Career Planning, Training and Development, all Labour Laws and Statutory matters, all Administrative and Establishment matters relating to Personnel and Administration Department and conversant with all State Govt./State PSU’s Rules and Regulations including RTI Act in a reputed large Industrial Organization. Degree in Law will be an added advantage. The candidate should be 40-50 years of age.
