COMPANY SECRETARY
To manage complete Company secretarial work for the hospital, lead Board Meetings, Board Resolution, ensuring all company statutory & legal compliances, agreements, due diligence & Secretarial work of the company. Qualified Company Secretary- ACS registered with the institute of Company Secretaries of India, as a Company Secretary, LLB. 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Secretarial & Legal matters.
CHIEF MEDICAL SERVICES
Senior medical professional, who would lead all initiatives, pertaining to clinical care and Quality for hospital, MBBS with Diploma in Hospital Administration with 3-4 years experience.
NURSING SUPERINTENDENT
Nursing professional having leadership attributes to manage and drive the nursing team across the entire gamut of nursing plan and patient care. M. Sc. / B. Sc. With 5-7 years of hospital experience.
MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
The incumbent would be responsible for the entire Finance and Accounting functions of the organisation and managing the finance team. Qualified ACA / FCA with healthcare experience would be preferred.
MANAGER MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING
Responsible for all the infrastructure and maintenance of the facility including all statutory compliances related to hospital. B.E. in Elec. / Civil / Mech. with 3-4 years hospital experience. Airlines / Hotel experience preferred.
MANAGER SUPPORT SERVICES
Adequately drive and lead the Housekeeping and support services. Degree /Diploma in Hotel Management preferable with Hotel / Airlines with experience of min 3 years.
MANAGER MARKETING & SALES
Responsible for Brand management, sales and marketing function and lead marketing team for all marketing initiatives.
MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE
Required Hotel Management / MBA experience in Customer Care. Candidate should be preferably from Airlines / Hotel having experience of min 3 years.
MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Required MBA HR experience in service industry across all HR function. Candidate should be preferably from Airlines / Hotel having experience of 2 – 3 years.
MANAGER PHARMACY
Responsible for Establishing & Managing the complete Pharmacy Outlet for in-house & hospital requirement candidate with B.Pharma having 3 years experiences above preferred.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Clinical Psychologist with M.Phil, in Clinical Psychology / PhD in Clinical Psychology with previous experience in hospital / Bariatrics center preferred.
SENIOR DIETICIAN
M.Sc./PhD in clinical nutrition, registered dietician who has worked for hospital.
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
MPT/ BPT with experience in Hospital / Obesity center.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
MBA with min 2 years experience in hospital or any service industry.
CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Preferable from Airlines / Hotel / Service Industry. Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
NURSING SUPERVISOR
To lead team of nursing professionals, working under the guidance of the Nursing Superintendent. Qualified as B.Sc. Nursing with 3-4 years hospital experience.
OT ASSISTANT/ TECHNICIAN
Diploma / B.Sc in or Technologist course with experience in Laparoscopic Surgery & handling of the Anaesthesia Equipment.
NURSING STAFF
Qualified B.Sc / GNM Nursing with 3-4 years experience of surgical unit for any renowned healthcare unit.
