PROJECT MANAGER – HOTEL
Applicants should be B.E. Civil/B.Arch. with 20 years experience & successful track record in completing 5 star hotels from start to finish with more than 250 rooms. Must have leadership skills and ability to handle large hotel projects. Should meet tight time schedules, cost & be able to maintain high standards of quality. Knowledge of interior designing would be an added advantage. Age around – 45 years.
INTERIOR HEAD & PROJECT
INTERIOR ENGINEERS – HOTEL
Applicants should be B.E. / D.C.E. (Civil) / B. Arch, with 10 to 15 years experience. Should have knowledge of complete life cycle of the Interior Project including design management, coordination, sampling and execution. Prior experience in turnkey interior projects and 10 years experience in 5 star hotel industries would be preferred. Project Engineers with lesser experience can also apply. Age: 30 to 45 years
SUPERVISOR / IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER MEP & HVAC
Applicants should be B.E. Mechanical / Electrical with 7 to 10 years experience in Commercial Complexes, 5 Star Hotels, Malls etc. Should be capable of executing and supervising the work as per approved drawings/plan. Age: 35 to 45 years.
PLANNING ENGINEER – HOTEL
Should be B.E. Civil / B. Arch, and PG in Construction Management with 10 to 15 years experience in 5 star Hotel project. Candidates should have experience in planning, work scheduling and co-ordination of engineering design. He should be well versed in MSP/ Primavera software. He would be responsible for planning, document design, controlling and monitoring progress of all project activities on a day to day basis. Age: 30 to 40 years.
