SPV Head: For BOT Project in UP
BE / M.Tech (Civil) with 20 yrs. of exp. in Highway Projects under PPP format with understanding of CA & exp. in design codes & concepts, client coordination, contract writing & Meticulous record control including Receivable/payable management.

GM / DGM / AGM Human Resource: CO / HO
MBA / MHRD / MSW with min. 15 yrs. of exp. Should be well up in Manpower Planning, Strategic tie-ups for recruitment, Employee Relation, creation & implementation of HR policies & other HR related activities. Should have exposure of Diversification and M & A.

GM / DGM / AGM Finance & Accounts: HO
CA with min. 15 yrs. of exp. Should be well versed in Accounting Procedures / Corporate
Finance / Taxation & cost control procedures with full exposure in accounting system of Tally / ITI certification with min. 10yrs of exp. in all kind of Survey work. ERP/SAP.

Internal Auditor: HO/Sites
ICWA/CA/CA inter with relevant exp. of min. 8-10 yrs. from infrastructure / construction industry. Well versed in all aspects of project site auditing.

Pavement/DBM In Charge: Site
BE/Dip Civil with 7 to 10yrs. of specific exp. in flexible & rigid pavements with practical knowledge & exp. of laying procedures and production from HMP/BP with complete control of equipment. Reconciliation of Quantity etc.

Sr. Manager / Manager / Project Engineer: DBM/Structures
BE/Dip Civil with min. 10-15 yrs. of exp. of which at least 3 yrs. in similar capacity & responsible for execution of bituminous/ Structural concrete work.

Sr. Manager / Manager / Structure Engineer / Project Engineer: Industrial / Bridge / Highway
BE/Dip Civil with min. 10-15 yrs. of exp. 3 yrs. in similar capacity & responsible for execution of Industrial/Public Building/Highways with ability to read drawings, client coordination, Bill verification, checking of lines & levels, taking off quantities, RFI management etc.

Dy. Manager / Engineer: Billing
BE / Dip Civil with min. 8yrs of exp. Will be responsible for client Billing, Subcontractor Bill verification, claim management for Industrial Building / Highway works.

Manager / Dy. Manager / Assistant Manager: QA / QC
BE / Dip Civil with 8 yrs of exp. as QC in charge in construction projects with expertise in developing contract-specific quality plans.

Survey In Charge and Design Coordinator
BE / Dip Civil with 8 /10 yrs of exp. Expert in Highway alignment / Topographical Survey with knowledge & use of TS, Auto Level, Auto CAD including exp. in design coordination.

Sr. Surveyor / Surveyor: Sites
ITI certification with min. 10 yrs of exp. in all kind of Survey work.

Sr. Manager / Manager / Asst. Manager: Plant & Machinery
BE/Dip M/c with 15/10/5 yrs exp. Preferable working with NH/SH & having exp. of installation, Operation & Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving & Paving Machinery including plants.

Fleet / Logistic In Charge: Sites
Graduate with 8-10yrs of exp. having thorough exp. in management & deployment of fleet on sites with good control on resources, record keeping.

Mechanical Foreman / Mechanic / Hydraulic Mechanic / Auto Electrician / Welder / Fitter
ITI certified with a min. 15yrs exp. in Highway Plant & Machinery

Manager / Dy. Manager: Store / Purchase
Graduate with PG / Dip in Material Management with 7 yrs of exp. in purchase / Inventory management. Knowledge & exp. in procurement of capital goods/machinery.

Vice President/Sr. General Manager/ General Manager – Highway Projects (Corporate Office) ME/ M-Tech/ B.E/ B.TECH (Civil) with 18

  • 25 years of relevant work experience in Overall Pro|ect Management, Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Cost Control, Execution with modern method of constructions and Contract management. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in successful completion of at least TWO major highway/infrastructure projects under leadership & active monitoring. Apart from above candidates with reasonable work experience m bridges, underground worts and overseas wort experience will be having edge. The position will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and would be responsfcte (or supervision & control of all highway/ infrastructure projects of the company
General Manager/Sr. Manager- Human Resource (Corporate Office/Head Office) MA (TISS) / MBA/ MHRD/ MSW. 13-20 yrs of exp. in infrastructure – Road & Highway Constnuction industry (Candidates having exposure to road/highway & industrial EPC segment will be given preference). Should have hand on experience of Change Management. Orgnizatoonal Building & Development. Should be well up in Manpower Planning, strategic tie-ups for Recruitment, Employee relations, Training & Family Culture building. Creation & implementation of HR polices and all other HR related activities. The candidates should have “positive” approach, accepting challenges & should have zeal to excel with high degree of achievement motive. MBA with BE/ B.TECH (civil) with over 15 years of relevant (relevant to Road Highways – Development & Construction) experience. Must be proficient in all pre bid acativities & Techno-commercial bid analysis under EPC/
Item rate/ PPP contracts. Responsibility includes keeping track of & bringing in new business opportunities, and strategic partnership for new business ventures. Candidates should also have varied exposure in sectors like including highways, bridges, power, industrial construction segment with reasonable experience of project
construction and broad costs in order to assess prospects for company. Knowledge of overseas markets is desirable.
Project Directors/ Heads/ Chief Project Managers/Project Managers (Roads/ Highways) -Project sites BE/ B.TECH (Civil) with minimum 15+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management & Execution. Should be able to lead a team of engineers and handle all aspects of project execution, viz detail engineering, planning, site coordination & contract administration, budget Control etc Preference will be given to candidates having experience in successful completion of at least ONE sizeable Highway project of complex nature.
Deputy General Manager AGM Sr. Managers- Planning(Corporate Office & Project sites) BE/ B.TECH with minimum 10 years of experience in conceptual and detailed planning. Hands on site experience of works in highways, bridges, underground works works, industrial buildings or power sector etc. with command over project planning and budgeting. Proficiency in primavera, MS projects & Auto Cad in latest versions with thorough Knowledge of Costing / Budgeting, Cash flow. Coordination for works and billing, reconciliation is prerequisite for the positions. Exposure in subcontract realisation & good understanding of technical drafting will be an added advantage.
Assistant General Manager/ Sr. Managers- Plant & Machinery – (Head Office /Project Sites) B.E / B.TECH (Mechanical / Mining Machinery ) experience in Construction Plant & Machinery Response for installation, commission operation, maintenance. repairs, budgeting, planning and monitoring of fuel consumption and operational cost within the norms including O&M of heavy Earth Moving and paving equipment, Techno commercial knowledge & exposure to best industry practices of maintenance is a must
Deputy General Manager /Sr. Manager-Contracts/ Estimation (Corporate Office) BE/ B.TECH (Civil) with minimum 10 years of experience having sound knowledge of contracts, estimating tendering & cost analysis of Highways/ Bridges/ Industrial Building etc.
Executive Assistant to Senior Management – Corporate / Head Office (Gurgaon / Lucknow) Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in managing Senior Management’s office / Desk / Dairy. Proficiency is expected in ppt presentation. Desk management / Document control / Meeting Arrangements I Documentation / Record Keeping / Data Management / Reports management Excellent communication skill ( reading / writing) in English a must.
