We are a reputed Real Estate Group With Projects in Mumbai, We are looking for skilled & talented professionals with excellent experience in the construction industry for the following openings in our organization.
Project Manager
Experience:12 to 15 years
B.E.(Civil),with ability to handle work of 3 to 4 construction sites at the same time, monitoring of site activities to ensure timely execution. Co-ordination with architects, consultants & contractors, follow-up with vendors and purchase department regarding on-site requirements and to manage the construction team.
Executive Assistant to Director
Experience: 7 to 9 years
This is a multi-task position requiring versatility, high level of integrity and superior inter-person el time management and analytical skills. The person should be able to handle daily correspondences, events & appointments scheduling and provide confidential support to the top management. Must be fluent in written and oral professional communication & ensure flawless professional correspondence on behalf of the director.
Sales Manager
Experiences: 7 to 9 years
MBA in Marketing with an excellent track record of designing sales campaigns and boosting sales of construction projects. Must have excellent knowledge of real estate market, customer-relationship skills, and the ability to manage the entire sales of all the projects of the organization, across the city, must be able to develop and implement strategies, expand network of alliances& maximize revenue generation
Architect-Design& Planning
Experience: 8 to 10 years
B. Arch, with excellent experience in architectural and interior works, preparing drawings, designs on Auto CAD, estimation, tendering work &well-versed DC rules & regulations.
Senior Business Development Executive (Redevelopment)
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Graduate/MBA with good Knowledge and experience in the area of construction & redevelopment, excellent communication skills, relationship building, good at calculations, ability to make presentations to customers and flexibility with work timings.
Manager-Liasoning
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Graduate, with experience in Masoning with Govt, authorities for approvals, processing paper-work, documentation and follow-up with BMC, TMC, MMRDA, SRA etc.
Legal Advisor
Experience: 5 to 7 years
LLB / LLM, with Good Knowledge & Exp In Real Estate, handle all Legal matters pertaining to land acquisition, properties, drafting of legal documents, BMC, TMC, DCR, MMRDA, SRA, able to provide assistance & advice in dealing with Contracts / Litigations / Dispute etc. must be fluent in oral & written Marathi language & should have a zest for career in legal support system towards betterment of the company.
Land Acquisition Executive
Experience: 5 to 7 years
MBA, with good experience in scouting and identifying plots, ascertaining its use, legal title, FSI etc.. Getting the necessary approvals, and negotiating with Govt & private land owners, should have thorough knowledge on all rules and regulations & current practices of legal and regulatory authorities related to land acquisition.
Site Supervisor
Experience: 5 to 7 years
B. E or Diploma in civil, with excellent experience in supervision of day to day work at construction sites, co-ordinating with project manager, contractors, engineers & labourers and monitoring of on -site activities to ensure timely execution, as per mentioned specifications. Also must prepare site reports and project schedule, and handle follow-ups with relevant authorities when required.
