Manager/Asst. Manager – Project Sales (Ref Code: ANC/SLS/001) Loc: All Major Cities
Candidate should be Graduate (Preferably BE) + MBA with minimum 6-8 years in sales for Residential and Commercial segment/projects. Should be a go-getter with ability to lead and motivate a team. He/She will be responsible for promoting existing Project Accounts and maintain business relationship for Sales through architects, builders, electrical consultants, contractors, etc. Should be able to assess & understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.

Manager – Channel Marketing (Ref Code: ANC/MKTG/002) Loc: Mumbai
Candidate should be Graduate + MBA with minimum 8-10 years of experience. Should be a go-getter and will be responsible to identify suitable channel structure for each product category and formulate best marketing practices to increase market share; develop the existing Channel to effectively promote our products and construct appropriate terms of sales. Should be able to work with key internal stakeholders, to understand sales imperatives, to align the territory’s channel, sales and marketing objectives.

Manager – Product Marketing – Wiring Devices (Ref Code: ANC/M KTG/003) Loc: Mumbai
Manager– Product Marketing- MCB (Ref Code: ANC/MKTG/004) Loc: Mumbai
Candidate should be BE + MBA with minimum of 8-10 years of experience, of which has minimum 3 years in Trade Sales. He/She is expected to perform on various Product categories, related activities including market research, overseeing product development and design, price and sales policy formulation, launching new products, to monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competition activity and to identify market opportunities for existing/new products and services. Will also be responsible for customer feedback and liase with the manufacturing to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue performance

Candidate should be Graduate (Preferably BE) + MBA with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales or exposure in obtaining approval of building construction material from architects, builders, consultants, contractors, etc. Should have exceptional ability to lead a team of Executives and coordinate with Project Sales Team.

Sr. Executive – Marketing

Candidate should be Graduate + MBA with minimum 1-3 years of experience preferably for building construction material industry. Should have the ability to handle all BTL activities. Will be responsible for tracking competition marketing activities and facilitate regional marketing activities for our products and services.

Executive – Trade Sales (Ref Code: ANC/SLS/007) Loc: All Major Cities
Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of experience. Responsible to manage sales through dealers, distribution network for the entire product range, expected to achieve sales targets for each product category range in the assigned area. Pursue sales leads, answer enquiries, offer solutions to problems, promote products aggressively, enhance goodwill amongst the trade partners. Participate in the product promotion activities to enable BTL initiatives of each Product category

Candidate should be Graduate (Preferably BE/Dip. Engineer) with minimum 1-3 years of experience in building construction material industry. Should be able to develop and maintain business relationship with project accounts & new prospects, assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products and solutions; manage to achieve project sales within product range or assigned area; pursue sales leads, answer enquiries, create commercial proposal and conclude orders. He/She is expected to co-ordinate with the specification and key account management team to ensure maximization of Project business share in assigned area. Also, will be responsible to maintain relationship with architects, builders, electrical consultants, contractors, etc. to promote sales.

Candidate should be Graduate (Preferably BE) or MBA with minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or exposure in obtaining approval of building construction material from architects, builders, consultants, contractors, etc. Should have the exceptional ability to specify, convince, market our products for various projects through business relationships with project consultants and interior design fraternity.
