# Vice President – Construction
Proven team leader with a Degree in Civil Engineering and MBA/Construction Management with minimum 18 years experience of development/construction of townships, big complexes & high rise buildings. He should be capable of taking complete responsibility of project constructions/operations, including coordination with Consultants.

# GM – Construction
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience of construction related work of townships, big complexes & high rise buildings.

# GM – Services
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience of services related work of townships, big complexes & high rise buildings i.e. Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other service
works etc.

# DGM – Construction
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years experience of construction related work of townships, big complexes & high rise buildings.

# DGM – Services
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years experience of Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other service works etc.

# AGM – Construction
Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institute having minimum 9 years experience of construction related work of townships, big complexes & high rise buildings.

# AGM – Services
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute having minimum 9 years experience of Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other service works etc.

# DGM – Store
Degree/Diploma Holder (Any specialization), able to handle the store & related activity with minimum 12 years of experience in construction industry preferably with working knowledge at project site. Computer savvy is mandatory with knowledge of
latest software’s related to store.

# DGM – Billing
Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years experience of contract management in a construction company, bills preparations & checking, rate analysis of various items of works and contract terms implementations etc. Should be Computer Savvy and knowledge of accounts will be given preference.

# DGM – Quantity Surveyor
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and working out Bill of Quantities, Estimates and Tender Documents for construction & development works and project monitoring work etc. Knowledge of IS Code related to construction and development works is essential. Should be well versed with MS Project and must have good communication skills.

# AGM – Billing

# AGM – Construction Management
Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from reputed institute minimum 9 years experience in the construction and development of townships/commercial / residential/shopping/hotel complexes etc.

# Sr. Electrical Engineer
Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputed institute having minimum 6 years experience in the electrical works related to development of townships, commercial / residential / shopping / hotel complexes etc.

# Sr. Manager / Manager – Compliance/Liaison
MBA in HR / Law minimum 6 years of experience in the HR, Personnel, Legal, Industrial Relation, Statutory Compliances. Should have Complete Knowledge of Labor laws, rules, regulations and procedures. Preferably from real estate, infrastructure, engineering sec.

# Architect
Degree in Architecture from reputed institute having minimum 3 years experience in designing of commercial / residential / institutional projects, preparation of working drawing and coordination with Contractors & Engineers etc.

# Executive Assistant
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 6 years of experience of secretarial role. Works on basic word document, PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports and Shorthand is required. Responsible for complete support and assistance to the Top Management in preparing letters and other documents. Effective in office management, Managing appointments, correspondence and documents etc.
