Walk-in interviews for Customer Service Associate
(Full-time/Part-time/Fixed term contract):
Job Description: The job of a Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers through different mediums (Email/Chat/Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria/Skill Set Requirement: We are looking for candidates with excellent communication (written and verbal), comprehension and problem solving skills, familiarity with MS Office, Internet Explorer and good typing skills. Candidates with or without prior contact center experience are eligible to apply if they are passionate about customer service and are willing to work in a 24×7 environment. Those who are interested to apply for the part time positions should bo open to working for 5.5 hours a day, over 5 days a week, as per the business need. Minimum age requirement is 18 years, and qualification 10 + 2.

Transaction Risk Investigator (Full-time/Fixed term contract): The Transaction Risk Investigator at Amazon safeguards all Amazon Marketplaces from fraudulent and abusive practices, builds trust and ensures long term buyer-seller and stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent will need to leverage appropriate operational tools and applications to investigate issues.

Seller Support Associate (Full-time): The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third party sellers, providing phone and/or email support governed by internal service level agreements. The Seller Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to third party sellers on the Amazon platform. A Seller Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation and work effectively in teams.
