Faculty Recruitment Notice

Aliah University, an autonomous institution of higher education under the Deptt. of Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education, Govt of West Bengal invites applications in the prescribed form from Indian citizens for appointment to the Posts of (a) Professor, (b) Associate Professor, (c) Assistant Professor, and (d) Lecturer (Temporary) in different Academic Departments of the University.
Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Islamic Culture. Scale of pay and other admissible allowances are as per State Government rules.
Applications (in eight copies) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for Physically Disabled Candidates) drawn in favour of Aliah University payable at Kolkata must reach The Registrar within 30.01.2012 The Application Form and detailed information may be downloaded from www.aliah.ac.in by clicking on vacant positions.
The candidates who applied against our earlier Advt. No. AU/Apptt-3/2010 dated October10,2010 need not apply again. They may, however, submit additional document, if any,for consideration.
