VP Software Development (1)
12-15 years of experience of providing Software Delivery, Project/Product Management in Dot Net framework. Strong End to End Project, Program & Delivery Management expertise, Technical expertise in all aspects of the SDLC involving requirement analysis, design, development, implementation and enhancement as well as troubleshooting. Immense experience in managing support, maintenance and development projects. Strong Agile/Scrum project planning, execution, strategic leadership skills, People & Delivery Management. Demonstrated project management success and exposure to implementation to complex IT projects. Excellence in setting and achieving stretched targets.

VP Software Testing (1)
12-15 years of experience in Managing the Quality Testing activities across the organization. Responsible for overall delivery of end to end testing of software systems. Includes Manual, Automated and Performance testing. Having strong ability in creating various test reports/Documents i.e. Test Analysis, Defect Analysis, Project Health Report Strong understanding about Defect Management & Resolution including creation, updating of defects by coordinating with various development/project teams. Must have strong implementation knowledge of testing phases during various SDLC/PDLC/TLC. Streamline and enhance the testing process to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective, efficient, standardized, and repeatable.

Above mentioned positions require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with clients (internal & external).
