1. COMPANY SECRETARY :
Age: 30-35 years.
Must be a Company Secretary with 7-10 years post qualification experience in the related field. Preference will be given to the candidates with additional qualification in Law, Finance etc.
The job involves maintaining all statutory records and registers as per Companies Act, convening Board & General Meetings and maintaining minutes; proper filing of documents with ROC; co-ordination with Group Company Secretary for all corporate matters; ensuring compliance with applicable laws specifically Corporate Law.

2. SR. MANAGER (LEGAL)
Age: 30-35 years.
Must possess a Law Degree with at least 5 -7 years post qualification expenence in a reputed corporate.
The job involves handling all Court cases jointly with Law firms; drafting / verifying agreements / MoUs / contracts / Deeds etc.; issuing notice for compliance / terminations to vendors, contractors and third parties; ensuring implementation of Group contractual instructions in sales, purchase and other agreements; co-ordination with Group legal counsel & local Law firms on all legal & corporate matters.

Exposure to RBI guidelines, legal affairs, risk management, legal case, legal documentation, legal compliance, IPRs etc. is necessary.

1. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/PRESIDENT (MINES): (Code : EDM)
Preferred Age: 45 – 55 years
Must be a Mining Engineering Graduate from a recognized University / Institution with 20-25 years experience of running iron ore / manganese mines. This is a very senior position in the Company’s Mining business vertical and requires the candidate to possess adequate experience of managerial and techno-commercial aspects of Mining Business. The role includes
(i) Executing Mining operations with key focus on profitability and optimum utilization of resources,
(ii) Exploring business opportunities in Mining,
(iii) Directing green field & brown field mining projects,
(iv) Selecting mining equipment, facilities and processes,
(v) Liaisoning with various Government and non- Governmental agencies associated with Mining and
(vi) Leading a team of employees with technical guidance, ensuring their developmental needs and safety and welfare.

2. GENERAL MANAGER – COMMERCIAL (RAIRANGPUR / BARBlL/KOIRA IN THE STATE OF ODISHA): (Code: CMC)
Preferred Age: 35 -40 years
Must be a Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing/Mining Industry. The job includes
(i) Preparing monthly accounts, annual and monthly budget and monthly MIS,
(ii) Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, taxes,
(iii) Finalizing all commercial contracts and observance,
(iv) Strengthening of the supply chain,
(v) Supporting the site with all commercial, accounts, financial matters and
(vi) Leading the finance & accounts team at site for excellent results.

3. MANAGER – COMMERCIAL (RAIRANGPUR/BARBIL/KOIRA IN THE STATE OF ODISHA): (Code: GMC)
Preferred Age: 30 – 35 years
Must be a Chartered Accountant with about 5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Mining Industry. The job includes
(i) Preparing monthly MIS/Data management monitoring through SAP,
(ii) Assisting finalization of all the commercial contracts and observance,
(iii) Strengthening of the supply chain,
(iv) Supporting the site with all commercial, accounts, financial matters and
(v) Providing data/details to auditors as per the requirements and facilitating timely audit at the respective sites.

4. ASST. GENERAL MANAGER / SR. MANAGER – GEOLOGY (BARBIL) : (Code : GM)
Preferred Age: 35 -40 years
Must be an M.Sc (Geology) / M.Tech (Applied Geology) from recognized University / Institution with 10-12 years of experience and having good knowledge in exploration/prospecting of natural resources. The job includes
(i) Managing of exploration/prospecting of natural resources,
(ii) Analyzing probable business opportunity for Mining,
(iii) Managing the entire geological work with related computer application and being conversant with modern techniques of prospecting, such as, Geological Remote Sensing, GIS, Geophysical and Geochemical methods and ore body modeling
(iv) Providing advice on developing and managing mineral sites safely and with regulations
(v) Liaisoning with various Governmental and non – Governmental agencies associated with Mining and Geology and
(vi) Planning and conducting Environmental studies.

Salary will be commensurate with the profile and track record of performance and will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates.
